FoodiO’s mission is to provide food access, sovereignty, and education to communities all over the world. We do this by providing fresh, local, goods at our Tappahannock farmers’ market location. Additionally, provide the information necessary on how to use our produce and finished goods in-person and online. Any goods leftover from the market are donated to folks in-need within the communities. Our mission doesn’t stop there!
In 2019, FoodiO launched the Better Than a Bake Sale (BTBS) and iFarm programs to expand our mission beyond the confines of our market location. Both programs seek to feed persons within their communities via the values above, while allowing those individuals to benefit nutritionally and financially from them. Click here to learn how!
